The withdrawal process is divided into 3 stages: Amber Premium reviews → Blockchain transfer and confirm → Receiver receives the funds. Usually the withdrawal requests are completed within 24 hours.
- Amber Premium will complete the withdrawal review within 24 hours.
- Amber Premium makes the transfer on the blockchain immediately after completing the review, and the withdrawal status changes to "Transferring". You can view Transaction ID in the withdrawal history and check the progress in the blockchain explorer. https://www.blockchain.com/zh-cn/explorer
- If the blockchain explorer shows confirming or unconfirmed, please wait for the blockchain to confirm. If the blockchain and Amber Premium have both completed the transfer and you still have not received your coins, please contact the coin recipient to locate your coins.
Note: You can check the withdrawal status in [Withdraw] - [History]. If a withdrawal request is not completed after 24 hours, please contact Amber Premium with a screenshot of that withdrawal request and Amber Premium will process it for you as soon as possible
